CKL-B Cyclone Separator

The CKL-B removes liquid condensate such as water and oil, together with larger solid particles, before air reaches filters, dryers, or downstream equipment.

A specially designed internal vane insert creates controlled rotational airflow that generates centrifugal force.

This force drives heavier contaminants towards the housing wall, where they slow and collect at the bottom as condensate.

A turbulence-free lower collection zone helps prevent collected liquid from being re-entrained into the airflow.

For effective operation, the separator should be installed with an automatic or electronic condensate drain.
